1. Returns must be made within 30 days of the delivery, for goods incorrectly ordered. The purchaser is responsible for freight on the returns and a 15% restocking fee will apply.
2. Goods returned to Rarebreed Pty Ltd (trading as Australec Switchgrear) must be in saleable condition, in original packaging and must not be older than 6 months from the date of invoice.
3. Australec will be responsible for the return freight for faulty or damaged stock, if returned on our nominated carrier (Star Track Express). All stock claimed as faulty, will be tested by Australec, and if found to be in working condition, then 15% restocking fee will apply.
4. ALL GOODS must be identified with a Return Authorisation Number, issued by Australec upon request; Credit Claim stating the reason for the return of goods, together with relevant Invoice copies.
5. All goods specially bought in, or specially manufactured, or packaged with purchasers company name etc are NOT RETURNABLE.
6. Credits will not be issued, until goods are duly receipted and checked to ensure that all component parts are present and that not damage has occurred. Australec Switchgear reserves the right to charge for any missing or damaged goods at the appropriate replacement value.
7. No invoice less than $50.00 will be credited, to save costs on our stockists and Australec’s administration costs. (Faulty stock is exempted and will ALWAYS be replaced without question).
8. Goods returned without the above conditions having been adhered to, will attract a restocking discount of 15% plus 10% administration fee.
9. Goods returned for whatever reason, outside the above mentioned time parameters, will be at the discretion of the Director of Australec Switchgear and will be based on the following criteria
(a) Discount Base: Invoice cost less 25% on stock lines, current model specifications ONLY.
(b) Lines that are NOT NORMAL STOCK LINES, or are NOT CURRENT SPECIFICATIONS, will attract a further 15% for re-specifying or remanufacturing or repackaging.
